Please be advised that I sought the services of both Scott and Steve from ‘Egan Air’ to upgrade a recent building renovation, where I had made additions to an existing studio and built an approved ‘Granny flat’ of approximately 55 square metres.

The original air conditioning unit was a Samsung 3.5KW unit which had been installed by the previous owner. The additions, more than doubled the floor space area and I needed to increase both the air-conditioning and heating options to accommodate this extension.

As I reside at Wilton, NSW, temperatures during Summer can average at 30+ degrees and in Winter, sub zero temperatures are not uncommon, hence the necessity to upgrade my air conditioning unit.

I must clearly indicate to you, that I had no idea what size air conditioning unit I needed and I was most appreciative to have both Scott and Steve, firstly inspect my ‘Granny Flat’ and determine that a ‘Daikon’ 71 KW unit would cover any climatic weather condition that might be experienced, including recent temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius with ease.

As a result of my experiences with these two tradesmen:-

· The professionalism and tradesmanship displayed was nothing short of excellent;
· The timeliness in regards to upgrading was ideal and was completed prior to Christmas, despite me only contacting Egan Air in early December;
· Their consultative approach gave me a sense of contentment, as I felt that the quotation provided, was in fact giving me a quality air conditioning unit to do the job;
· The cost for both the air conditioning unit and labour was extremely competitive Vs other quotes that I received;
· I have also received two follow-up phone calls from Egan Air to date, to ensure that I have received total customer satisfaction with regards to the installation and type of air conditioning installed.

It is my respectful view, that Egan Air have clearly demonstrated their expertise in the Air conditioning trade and I have no hesitation to highly recommend their services to any person interested in utilising their knowledge and skills.
